Sardinian Style Dinner at Sage

Get a crash course in the wine and food of Sardinia courtesy of chef-owner Anthony Susi, who’ll be pouring and pairing wines from Sella & Mosca at Sage’s Sardinian Style dinner on Wednesday, June 25th. From the first course (octopus carpaccio with citrus vinaigrette) to the fifth (goat cheese torta with roasted mission figs), Susi will be creating a whole menu’s worth of dishes designed to complement wines from the isolated Italian island.
