Wine (and Cheese) Forever

Bring your wine and cheese game to another level with an educational afternoon of eating and sipping at Saltbox Kitchen. Boston Wine School’s founder and executive director Jonathon Alsop will be at the Concord farm to school beginners and enthusiasts alike on the fundamentals of tasting. Chef Aran Goldstein will provide the matching cheeses to help teach your palate how to pair with culinary couples like Prosecco and ricotta fresca or Sangiovese and robiola.
