Chef Ben Elliot has an elegant menu planned, filled with ingredients grown on his family’s multigenerational farm on Westford Road. Get excited for hors d’oeuvres like Saltbox Farm Deviled Eggs with Maine crab, charred scallions and lemon; plus courses including Summer Vegetable Ratatouille with crisp baby lettuce, shaved carrots, fennel and thyme, and Braised Saltbox Farm Lamb with garlicky kale, caramelized eggplant, grilled green beans, feta and dates.
