Ruth-Anne Adams Heads Back to High School

What does chef Ruth-Anne Adams do with a night off? She heads back to high school, her own high school, even. As an alumna of Dover-Sherborn High School, Adams is always a favorite cooking studio guest chef, but her Mediterranean infused cooking, honed to near perfection at Casablanca invariably draws a crowd. On Monday, March 10th, she plans to showcase some of her favorite winter dishes including steamed wellfleet clams with cod and charmoula sauce, wild mushroom and leek tarts, skirt steak roulade with salsa verde and crispy potatoes, and a comforting citrus rice pudding. The class costs $45 per person and runs from 7:00-9:30pm. Call 508.785.0722 for registration and additional information.
