Rustic Kitchen’s Holiday Cooking Show

Rustic Kitchen revives a classic – and notoriously tricky – dish for their Holiday Cooking Show. Reserve a seat on an upcoming Friday night to watch host Liz Bramwell prepare beef Wellington (that’s beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle, wrapped in prosciutto and encased in puff pastry). This particular preparation comes from chef Tom Holloway‘s well-honed repertoire and will be accompanied by a port wine demi glace, roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal root vegetables, and paired with Kaiken Malbec from Mendoza.
