Ruinart Champagne Dinner

Start practicing your New Year’s cheers at Bar Boulud on Thursday, December 13th at their annual Ruinart Champagne Dinner. Guest Guillaume Grillon, Ruinart’s Market Manager, will join Sommelier David Bérubé to guide you through all the iterations of Ruinart, from classic Blanc de Blancs to the ultra-tasty (and historic and rare and impressive) prestige cuvées. Chef de Cuisine Brian Arruda has designed a four-course menu to pair perfectly with these luxury bubbles, culminating with a roasted chicken in veal jus alongside the 2004 Dom Ruinart Rosé.
