Rosés of the World Pride Dinner at The Liberty Hotel

Clink.

The team at Clink., who really showed up with all sorts of fun for Pride Month, has a very special dinner planned for Thursday, June 30th to wrap up the festivities. Join chef Daniel Kenney and the pros at the Liberty Hotel for their Rosés of the World PRIDE! Dinner, featuring a dazzling array of dishes made with early summer ingredients paired with some lovely rosé wines from around the world. The four-course tour starts at 6:30pm with a first pour from France, The Pale By Sacha Lichine, served with passed Hickory Smoked Salmon “BLT.” After all the meeting and greeting you’ll move into the dining room for plated courses and taste wines from Italy, the US, and Spain (the full menu is below). Rosé ambassador Meaghan Diggins will be on hand to lead you through each pour and share all the facts about making pink wine, from skin contact to saigneé to structure. Tickets are $125 and a portion of proceeds benefit BAGLY (The Boston Alliance of Lesbian Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Youth) so you will be supporting a great cause as you close out this year’s celebrations. You can email clink@libertyhotel.com for more information, or go ahead and order your tickets online here. Then just get your last Pride outfit ready to go, and get ready to clink pink!
