Chef Charles Draghi is back in the kitchen at South End Buttery for Rosé All Night, another fantastic, multi-course wine dinner on Wednesday, August 18th. This time around, he’ll be focusing his wine-y energies on all things pink featuring a hand-picked selection of rosés from around the world to accompany his five-course menu of light, summery, seafood-focused dishes. Savor chilled tomato consommé with freshwater shrimp; stuffed razor clams; cuttlefish and chive risotto; and roasted wild striped bass with lobster coral maionese and saffron artichokes. Pastry chef Chris Goluszka finishes the night with an apricot cheesecake accompanied with cranberry coulis and white chocolate mousse.
Draghi, who’s earned all sorts of accolades for his work at spots like Erbaluce, Marcuccio’s, Limbo and 22 Restaurant & Lounge, is a rare talent and this is a meal you won’t want to miss.
