Pool parties hardly need improving, but if you’re tired of the same old burgers ’n dogs, get to the Colonnade rooftop every other Tuesday this summer for roofTOP Chefs, a culinary cannonball brought to you by the Colonnade’s own Executive Chef Nick Calais. He’s invited a bunch of his chef friends from around the city — like Carolyn Johnson of 80 Thoreau, Will Gilson of Puritan & Company, Meghann Ward of Tapestry, Brian Poe of The Tip Tap Room, Mary Dumont of Cultivar, and more — for a poolside pop-up, with all proceeds benefitting Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry. Each guest chef will prepare some of their favorite outside eats, and Chef Calais will come up with a dish or drink to match.
