Rombauer Dinner at Meritage

Rombauer Wines

On Thursday, November 15th, Meritage Restaurant at the Boston Harbor Hotel is putting on a dinner with winemakers who are well-versed in the bond between food and wine. Not only is the Rombauer family a standard-bearer in Napa wines, it’s also the name behind the country’s most-published cookbook, The Joy of Cooking. Come sample some of the family secrets at a four-course fall menu from Chef Daniel Bruce’s kitchen paired with six Rombauer wines, from a greeting-glass of Sauvignon Blanc to 2005 magnum of Merlot, poured by second-generation owner KR Rombauer. Tickets are $175; check out the menu below and get yours right over here.
