On Tuesday, March 20th, chef Dan Bazzinotti evokes classic Italian style by way of a five-course prix fixe highlighting indigenous ingredients in dishes like carciofi alla Romana and quaglia con farro. Beverage Director Jessica Brennan will be selecting of-the-region wines to accompany the menu so you get the full Roman experience.
