Rochambeau’s Wine Director, William Moriarty, is ready to take you under his wing and fly you through the land of Burgundy wine pairings (it’s just as amazing as it sounds, promise). On Wednesday, January 15th, the Back Bay French bistro welcomes you for a four-course tasting menu — details of which can be found below — designed by Executive Chef Nick Calias and Chef de Cuisine Matt Gaudet. Eat, drink and be merry on Boylston Street from 6:45 to 8:45pm, and walk away with a full head (of knowledge) and a full belly. Wine pairings are to-be-announced so stay tuned, but scoop up a ticket in the meantime before all the early birds sell it out.
