The Rhône Valley of France is home to quite the diverse collection of wine grapes and styles, 13 of which go into making world-renowned Châteauneuf du Pape. You can explore some of the small production wines and less famous regions of the famed area at this week’s wine dinner at Forage on Tuesday, August 13th, where wine guru Stan Hilbert has some lovely surprises in store. Spaces are available in the Cambridge dining room between 5:00 and 8:45, and as always there’ll be plenty of bottles to take home after dinner at retail prices, just let your server know so they can pack your vino to go.
