Rising Stars Revue

The Rising Stars Revue returns to Boston on Wednesday, April 5th with a walk-around gala tasting featuring some of the Boston area’s hottest culinary up-and-comers. The Seaport Hotel hosts the event which runs from 7:30-9:30pm and features tastings from honorees Gabriel Bremer of Salts, Geoff Gardner of Sel de la Terre, Andy Husbands of Tremont 647, Pino Maffeo of Restaurant L, Tony Maws of Craigie Street Bistrot, David Reynoso of The Butcher Shop, pastry chef Rick Billings of Clio, pastry chef Lynn Moulton of blu, host chef John Merrill of Aura at the Seaport Hotel and the Nantucket-bound twosome Gabriel Frasca and Amanda Lydon, of Spire and Ten Tables respectively. With each dish, guests can try wine pairings courtesy of sommelier Alex DeWinter of Grill 23 & Bar. John Gertsen, who mans the bar at No. 9 Park, will also be pouring his signature cocktails.
