Rialto’s 9th Annual Wine Barbeque Celebrates Bastille Day

Chef Jody Adams and wine director, Patrick Dubsky, welcome guests to join them in the Charles Hotel courtyard for Rialto’s 9th Annual Wine Barbeque. This year’s outdoor event, which is scheduled for Wednesday, July 14th at 6:30pm, celebrates Bastille Day with all things French (primarily food, wine and music). Guests are welcome to enjoy the collaboration of chef and sommelier via five perfectly-paired courses that simultaneously highlight winemaking regions like Rhone, Loire, Alsace, Provence and Bordeaux and rustic French cuisine. On the menu for the evening: terrine of rabbit, pork, chicken and foie gras with a little green salad, shaved speck and mustard apricots; grilled striped bass with warm fennel confit, grilled tomato salad and aioli; and slow roasted pig with grilled eggplant, peppers, summer onions, roasted garlic and picante green sauce. Dinner costs $95 per person. For reservations or more information, call 617.661.5050.
