Chef Jody Adams and Rialto‘s Wine Director, Patrick Dubsky, will be hosting Rialto’s 8th Annual Wine Barbeque on Monday July 14th starting at 6:00pm. Held in the Charles Hotel courtyard, the event will afford guests the opportunity to experience the collaboration of chef and sommelier in the form of five perfectly-paired courses. The evening of bold wines and beautiful food epitomizes the relationship between Jody and Patrick. They’ve created a menu of wine and food pairings that boasts summer salad of grilled peaches and farm onions with arugula, frico, crispy prosciutto, toasted almonds and aged balsamic vinegar and grilled yellow fin tuna in pepper-anise rub with avocado, cucumbers and gingered crème fraiche.
