The wines of Southern France take top billing at Petit Robert Bistro’s Rhone Valley Wine Dinner on Tuesday, November 14th. Enjoy this four course meal with wine pairings covering the entirety of the appellation. The menu delivers with delicious dishes like butternut squash bisque with ginger creme fraiche, duck hash with Lyonnaise potato and red wine poached egg, as well as a monkfish and littleneck clam cassoulet.
