As if Tony Maws isn’t stirring up enough delectable things in his kitchen, the culinary-ace is throwing together a Craigie-fied Restaurant Week menu at Craigie on Main. Available after 9:00pm from August 16th-20th and then again from August 23rd-27th, the menu looks (and, presumably, tastes) a lot like Maws’ infamous Chef’s Whim menu. It comes in two versions – The Surprise, which may contain meat and fish, and The Vegetarian Surprise, which is meat- and fish-free. Both versions are created day-of based on whatever’s freshest at the farmer’s market and both versions are available as six- or four-course feasts (for $57 and $45 respectively).
