The independent-minded folks at Bistro Duet are doing their own thing for Restaurant Week Boston. Although you won’t find them on the official list of participants, the Arlington eatery will be offering a special three-course prix from August 6th through the 18th for $38 per person. You can sit down to a trio of chef Cyrille Couet’s greatest hits, including smoked salmon mousse, duck duet, chilled berry basil soup, and plenty more. Wine pairings are also available.
