On Monday, June 30, at 7:00pm, Shawn McClain, chef/owner of the acclaimed Spring in Chicago joins Saint executive chef Rene Michelena and a roster of Boston chefs for yet another lounge dining interpretation. Turn the Tables showcases the dining trend the New York Times and Zagat are touting as a movement for restaurants in New York and Boston – mini plates served in a communal “loungey” format. Joining Shawn and Rene in the kitchen for the seven-course tasting will be blu‘s Dante DeMagistris, Prezza‘s Anthony Caturano, and Elephant Walk‘s Nasda de Monteiro.
