Rather than stick to the status quo, chef Laura Henry-Zoubir is offering guests an alternative to the same old Chinese food shtick. On December 24th she’ll be plating pu-pu platters of bacon-wrapped dates with gorgonzola, crab Rangoon empanadas, crispy Thai chicken wings, and vegetable spring rolls.
