Regal Beagle’s Non Christmas Eve Menu

If you’ve never really likes roast goose, and if you’d rather not feast on seven fishes, check out The Regal Beagle’s Christmas Eve specials. Rather than stick to the status quo, chef Laura Henry-Zoubir is offering guests an alternative to the same old Chinese food shtick. On December 24th she’ll be plating pu-pu platters of bacon-wrapped dates with gorgonzola, crab Rangoon empanadas, crispy Thai chicken wings, and vegetable spring rolls. To wash down this plentiful offering, try a Fish Bowl (coconut rum, blue Curaco, fresh sour and pineapple juice mixed with sprite) or a Mint-Tea-Ni (sweet tea vodka with green tea and fresh mint).
