Red, White & Ewe

Clink’s Joseph Margate gives the basic Independence Day celebration an ovine make-over at the second annual Red White & Ewe. On Thursday, July 4th join him and a few fellow lamb-lovers on the patio at the Liberty Hotel between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00pm to feast on American lamb sliders and sausages accompanied by an array of sides. Couscous with Summer Squash
Cucumber, Tomato, Feta and Olive Salad

If that’s not enough of an enticement, there’ll also be live music, Michter’s Bourbon cocktails and wine from MacMurray Ranch and Louis M. Martini Winery. Each $30 ticket, which can be purchased online, covers a beverage and four lamb dishes; additional dishes will be available a la carte.
