Red Rock’s Raw Bar

Revel in the bounty of the sea in its purest form when Red Rock Bistro hosts a shellfish raw bar and wine tasting on Tuesday, January 24th. Chef Joe Guarino welcomes Duxbury oyster farmer Ben Lloyd of Pangea Shellfish Company to take the culinary reins and lead a shucking lesson and presentation. Each of the six seafood courses will also be matched with wine courtesy of Tim Sharland of M.S. Walker. In addition to all the briny bivalve bounty, the tables will also be set with breads, cheese and all manner of delicious accompaniments. The tasting costs $35 per person and begins at 7:00pm.
