In honor of Boston Pride Week (which runs through Sunday, June 10th) Red Lantern revives its annual Pride Menu, courtesy of Chef Kevin Scott. The offerings, as mouth-watering as they are witty, include more than a dozen dish and cocktail specials inspired by LGBTQ icons. Make your way to the Back Bay spot post-parade for Ru Paul’s Drag Dumplings with steamed pork and fiery red chili aioli, or Ellen Degene-Rolls with bluefin tuna dragon and tempura bits. If you’ve got a sweet hankering, pour over the Marshmallow P. Johnson chocolate tart as a tasty salute to one of the movement’s biggest activists, and grab a large straw to share the Chering is Caring large format cocktail (incomplete without an entire bottle of sparkling rosé).
