Rail Trail Flatbread Co. in Hudson is turning five, and you’re invited to the party. On Tuesday, December 12th, get gussied up and head to the restaurant for a five-course trip through Rail Trail’s menu history, with five years of favorites paired with local beers from Wormtown, Medusa, Jack’s Abby, and Night Shift brewing. There will be cheese from local Mullahy’s and gifts from Hudson sister businesses New City Microcreamery and <>. Tickets are $75 each and sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with all proceeds going directly to Willis House, a local shelter helping families get back on their feet in difficult times. This is a pairing event and there will be stories and speakers to go along with your meal, so make sure to be on time so you don’t have to sneak to your seat.
