Radius Cooking Class

If you’ve always wondered how to filet a fish or would like to know what to look for when buying fish, join chef Michael Schlow on Saturday, March 8th, in the kitchen at Radius for a class called “How to Buy, Butcher and Cook Fish”. Classes cost $125 per person and are held from 11:00am-2:00pm. Considering that just about everyone else in the Radius kitchen has had to make it through culinary school, this is undoubtedly the easiest way to make it to the other side of those swinging doors.
