If you’ve always wondered how to filet a fish or would like to know what to look for when buying fish, join chef Michael Schlow on Saturday, March 8th, in the kitchen at Radius for a class called “How to Buy, Butcher and Cook Fish”. Classes cost $125 per person and are held from 11:00am-2:00pm.
