One of the best parts of visiting a new city is getting to try all the great restaurants people have recommended, but even better is getting to do it without leaving home. On Thursday, February 27th, Toro is opening the kitchen doors to Chef Ben Sukle of Providence, Rhode Island’s acclaimed restaurant birch. Chef Sukle’s restaurant hasn’t been open long, but he’s already garnered heady accolades for his farm-to-table fare including a James Beard nod for Best Chef Northeast and a spot on Bon Apetit’s list of the 50 best new restaurants in America. For one night only, his menu will be available a la carte at Toro for a dining opportunity you don’t want to miss (especially since birch is closed until June!). As ever, Toro doesn’t take reservations, so you’ll just have to show up and get in line.
