Quintessa Comes to Boston Chops

On Wednesday, September 23rd, Boston Chops hosts Quintessa Estate Director Meaghan Becker as she introduces the vineyard’s 2012 vintage.  Chef Chris Coombs has designed a five-course menu to complement Quintessa’s Bordeaux-style blend—according to New World enthusiasts, 2012 was an especially good year. The reception starts at 6:00pm, followed by dinner at 7:00pm.  The evening is $165 per person, and you can make reservations online or call 617.227.5011 for more information.
