Love going out for dinner, but hate going out? Chef-owner Will Gilson of Puritan & Co. feels your pain, and he’s here to help. Gilson and the crew at Puritan have launched Puritan Trading Company, a new restaurant (inside the original restaurant) built for one purpose: home delivery. The menu is totally separate from its brick & mortar sister, inspired by food from around the world that’s built to travel well—a fine dining experience made to be enjoyed on your couch. Delivery will be available Monday through Thursday to start (switching to seven days in the not-too-distant future). Check out the website here, and we’ll text you when summer’s here and it’s safe to leave your apartment again.
