Love bringing home fresh, local ingredients from the farmer’s market, but hate having to, y’know, cook them? Puritan & Company is here to help. Chef Will Gilson and his team are bringing back their popular Market Mondays, where each week they’ll feature a new, all-vegetarian menu fashioned from the freshest picks from that day’s market. Stop by every Monday all summer long from 5:30 to 9:00 pm to forage your way through this farm-fresh menu a la carte, or dig into the whole thing for $85 (good for sharing between two or three friends).
