Chef Will Gilson gives the autumnal bounty his all at Puritan & Company’s 4th annual Harvest Dinner. On Thursday, November 10th, the Inman Square restaurant invites guests for a menu that’s a veritable cornucopia of New England fall flavors. Grilled pork belly and sausage play nice with lentils while roasted halibut gets cozy with parsnips and leeks, for instance—plus, there’s a la carte oysters to start and wines for pairing.
