Sunday night is prime time at Puritan & Company. Every week, chef Will Gilson and team dish up a prix fixe menu dedicated to the roast. The meat is available in a 10-ounce portion, and guests can customize their plate with their choice of sauce and sides—all finished with an ice cream sundae or slice of cake.
