There’s something rummy going on at State Street Provisions on Monday, December 12th. Chef Tom Borgia and bar manager Beth Hoselton are putting their talented noggins together for a Privateer Rum cocktail dinner. Borgia will handle the plates with a four-course prix fixe menu while Hoselton stirs and shakes the matching drinks. Folks from Privateer will be in attendance to answer spirit questions and facilitate good cheer—dinner starts at 6:30pm and costs $70 per person (including tax and gratuity.)
