Pride Week at The Liberty Hotel wraps up on Friday, June 10th with a stylish, al fresco cocktail dinner (a boozier twist on their monthly wine dinner series) in The Yard, their chic, private courtyard. Working with their friends at Bacardi & Grey Goose Essences, Chef Daniel Kenney and the team at Clink. have created a four-course menu paired with their favorite summer drinks in honor of Pride Month.
Head over to the Beacon Hill hotel at 6:30pm for the first tipple, a Bacardi “CLINK” Daiquiri paired with passed Hickory Smoked Salmon “BLTs” before sitting for a plated dinner under the stars. A brand ambassador from Bacardi & Grey Goose Essences will be on hand to lead you through the tasting profiles of each cocktail while you tuck in to Spring Leek, Golden Potato and Watercress Potage and Slow Braised Veal Cheeks (the full menu is below).
A portion of the proceeds from your $135 ticket price go to benefit BAGLY (the Boston Alliance of Lesbian Gag, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Youth), so you can feel fabulous about supporting their mission with your fancy night out.
