A Pre-Thanksgiving Feast

Sister restaurants Ceia Kitchen + Bar and BRINE are teaming up for another epic, culinary event. On Friday, November 22nd they revive their Culinary Opus, a whopping fifteen-course prix fixe dinner that is designed to showcase the spontaneity and creativity of the chef. The third installment of this monthly dinner series will be cooked by Corey Marcoux and proprietor Nancy Caswell will pluck five bottles from their Wine Spectator-ranked collection to pair with the night’s dinner. There’s only one 7:00pm seating which will be served in BRINE’s intimate dining room, and the $130 price tag includes all fifteen courses and five wines.
