Portsmouth Fall Restaurant Week

Boston Restaurant Week may not be slated to start again for quite a few months but don’t worry, plenty of other towns are getting in on the fun. New Hampshire dwellers and diners are in luck, in fact as Portsmouth Restaurant Week is scheduled to get underway on Sunday, November 8th. For a whole week, through November 15th, thirty or so restaurants from Portsmouth and surrounding towns like Rye, Exeter, Durham, Kittery and York Harbor will be serving prix fixe menus for $16.95 for lunch and $29.95 for dinner. The prices don’t include tax, gratuity or beverages – just three courses created by the talented chefs at eateries like Abercrombie & Finch Restaurant & Pub, Black Trumpet, Blue Mermaid, The Carriage House, Pesce Blue and the Portsmouth Brewery, among others. To plan your Portsmouth Restaurant Week excursion, consult the event website, which has menus and a complete list of participants. Reservations are strongly recommended so call the restaurants directly to book your Restaurant Week tables.
