Popping Corks at Puritan & Co.

Schramsberg Vineyards

Everybody knows about New World wine, but when it comes to bubbles, drinkers generally defer to the Europeans. On Tuesday, October 16th, find out what’s good in the world of Stateside sparklers as Puritan & Company hosts Hugh Davies, winemaker at Napa Valley’s Schramsberg Vineyards, for a four-course sparkling wine dinner. You’ll be greeted at the door with passed apps and a 2014 Blanc de Blancs, then sit for an autumnal New England spread from Chef Will Gilson paired with some of the best fizzy wine in the country. Tickets are $145 and include dinner, bubbles, and gratuity. Feast your eyes on the menu below, and click here for tickets.
