Polynesian Dinner at Gargoyles

On Wednesday, October 12th chef Jason Santos stirs things up at Gargoyles in Davis Square with a Polynesian Dinner paired with an assortment of festive cocktails. The four-course menu costs $40 per person and includes courses like ahi tuna poke with seaweed and bean sprouts; sweet and sour ribs with chilies and fresh papaya; macadamia nut crusted ono with kalua pork spring rolls, Maui onion relish and shoyu mustard butter sauce; and warm pineapple tart with chocolate Kahlua sauce and coconut ice cream. Paired drinks include Mai Tais, Scorpion Bowls and something called Enter the Dragon.
