Chef Brian Poe updates the classic corned beef and cabbage dinner with culinary flair this St. Patrick’s Day. On Thursday, March 17th, revelers can dig in to a Southwestern style special at Poe’s Kitchen. The Boylston Street spot will offer jalapeno-spiked corned beef tacos with flash-fried cabbage, Jameson-potato salsa and parsley chimichurri for $13.95 each. Over at The Tip Tap Room, Poe puts a ducky twist on the dish with corned duck, served with corned beef and cabbage gnocchi, malted cabbage dust and whiskey glaze for $26 per plate.
