Now you can BBQ like a pro: Pitmaster – the long-awaited cookbook from chef Andy Husbands and Chris Hart – is now available. On Monday, April 3rd, The Smoke Shop hosts a book launch party (6:00-8:00pm) replete with BBQ bites. The authors will be on-hand for signing copies of the at-home guide (available that night at a discounted price) and talking all things barbecue (they’re partners on the award-winning IQUE BBQ team). Passed appetizers will include salt & pepper spare ribs, pork skin sandwiches, hush puppies and more, primed for pairing with Wild Turkey cocktails like the Waco Old Fashioned and the Bourbon Belle.
