Chef Jamie Bissonnette of Toro, Coppa and Little Donkey is bringing his globally inspired culinary style to the barbecue space on Tuesday, September 10th. Part of The Smoke Shop – Assembly Row’s second annual Pit Master Dinner Series, the supper is a collab with Maker’s Mark and features a speciality cocktail, lots of passed apps like BBQ oysters and sweet potato corn bread (uh, yeah), a family-style, three-course spread (with sides!) and dessert.

There’ll be a chance to chat with Bissonnette as well in a formal Q & A, so you can pick his brain on anything your heart desires. Dinner is $49 including tax and gratuity, although there is a tiny processing fee. If you’re thinking “wow, that’s a great deal” — it is. And it’ll sell out fast, so grab your ticket before it’s too late!
