La Casa de Pedro is celebrating the three day weekend with two back-to-back pig roast parties. On Sunday, September 3rd, the festivities kick off at 11:30am on the patio, where they’ll be rolling out the Caja China and roasting pigs all day long. The fruits (or meats, technically) of their labor will then be featured in plates like pernil asado with black bean rice, yucca and plantains, pork tacos, and other surprise dishes. Guests can look forward to live salsa music and plenty of drinks on deck. The fiesta continues on Monday, September 4th, starting at 4:00pm. All you have to do is pick whichever day you prefer to satisfy your pig roast hankering, and head out to the Seaport spot.
