Piedmont Wine Dinner at The Blue Room

On Thursday, April 22nd, The Blue Room makes its next stop in its series of exceptional wine and food events – in the Piedmont region. Carl Thelander, Classic Wines Italian Wine Buyer, will be on hand to take guests through a four course wine dinner comparing the traditional versus the modern style of rustic reds from Piedmont. The dinner will consist of four courses from chef Jorge Lopes and eight wines including Barberas and Barolos from acclaimed producers Mascarello, Elio Grasso, Mauro Veglio and Giacomo Grimaldi.
