Clink’s weekly al fresco feast takes a sour (and salty!) turn for their Pickled & Brined-themed dinner on Friday, June 16th. Reserve a spot in the Beacon Hill hotel’s elegant courtyard to taste your way through an array of hors d’oeuvres like pickle brine fried chicken and beet-pickled oysters, before sitting down to three-course meal that’s in keeping with the evening’s theme. The tentative menu is below though it is subject to change based on availability and chef Anthony Dawodu’s whim. Absolut Elyx will be curating the evening’s cocktail accompaniments.
