Philanthropic and Phan-tastic Phrankfurters

To kick off their 23rd annual Hot Dog Safari, the Lansdowne Street party that raises money for the Joey Fund and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Phantom Gourmet has partnered with a bunch of area chefs to put on Phan Night. On Wednesday, May 9th chefs Paul Walberg (Alma Nove), Lydia Shire (Towne and Scampo), Andy Husbands (Tremont 647), celebrity chef Tony Ambrose and Jasper White (Summer Shack) will all prepare gourmet versions of everyone’s favorite ballpark treat for guests to sample. The fun runs from 6:00 to 9:00pm at Howl at the Moon in the Financial District.
