Chef Jacky Robert lends his culinary expertise to a worthy cause on Saturday, November 16th. The Master French chef hosts a cooking demo benefit for Chefs Feed Kids, an organization that raises funds for the 1.5 million street children in the Philippines. The instructional part of the day’s entertainment starts at 11:00am at Petit Robert (Kenmore). The edible portion of the day starts shortly thereafter and consists of three delicious courses. The theme of the day is Ma Normandie and the Petit Robert team gently suggests that it may not be ideal for the lactose intolerant. The event costs $50 total – $20 for the children and $30 for the lunch (which does not include tax or gratuity).
