Chef Scott Herritt welcomes guests for a four-course meal featuring seafood-laden dishes like oysters on the half shell with lemon, black truffle and rose water; house prepared cured salmon gravlax with avocado, potato wafers, orange and horseradish; and rare seared tuna, artichokes, black olives, semolina gnocchi, capers and a tomato ragu.
