Chefs Robert Tobin and Jose Duarte are teaming up to pay tribute to the Peruvian naval vessel, Union, which will be docked at the Seaport World Trade Center throughout the week. Duarte, chef-owner of Peruvian/Italian go-to, Taranta, and Tobin will be honoring the ship with two unique Peruvian-inspired specials on the menu at TAMO. Order the Trio of Causas featuring Peruvian potatoes, octopus, shrimp, lobster, garlic aioli and aji amarillo for $20, and the Grilled Paiche with quinnotto, chimichurri and watercress for $24. The dishes will be served from Saturday, June 17th through Monday, June 19th, and a limited TAMO menu will be available during this time.
