The Mandarin Oriental is pulling a little switcheroo, inviting Executive Chef Diego Oka of the Mandarin Miami’s restaurant La Mar for a Peruvian Pop-up at Bar Boulud. From Wednesday, June 13th to Saturday, June 16th Oka will brave the wild north to share his unique blend of Asian-Peruvian fusion and upscale Andean fare with Boston. Available for both lunch and dinner, the menu can be enjoyed à la carte (including a ceviche bar!) or as a four-course prix fixe for $68 per person. For a truly transportive experience, take advantage of the Mandarin’s Culinary Getaway package, which allows for a meet-and-greet with Oka, his tasting menu for two and overnight accommodations.
