Transport yourself to exotic locales from the comfort of the dining room at Liquid Art House. On Monday, June 5th, the gallery and restaurant transforms into a Peruvian Izakaya for one night and one night only. Pop in to the pop-up between 5:00 and 10:00pm to sample adventurous gastropub fare from chef Johnny Sheehan and guest chef Chris Chung, whose work you may know from Aka Bistro and the original Uni. The a la carte menu (see below) includes like chicken heart anticucho, aoyagi clam ceviche and a dessert called Peruvian King Kong.
